Alexis Silence MSN, FNP-C, APRN

My name is Alexis Silence, and I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients achieve better health through personalized, evidence-based care.

For the past eight years as a primary care provider, I’ve managed a wide range of chronic health conditions including thyroid disease, type I and type II diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol.

In the last two years, I have expanded my practice to include prescribing GLP-1 and GIP agonist medications as part of comprehensive weight management and metabolic health treatment plans. When combined with nutrition, movement, and sustainable lifestyle changes, these medications can be life-changing. I’ve seen patients not only lose weight but also lower blood pressure, improve insulin sensitivity, reduce cholesterol, support liver health, and significantly decrease their risk of stroke and heart attack.

I have seen firsthand how these medications can transform lives—helping patients not only lose weight, but also lower blood pressure, improve insulin sensitivity, reduce cholesterol, support liver health, and significantly decrease the risk of stroke and heart attack.

My approach centers on patient education, safety, and ongoing support. I believe care should always be tailored to each person’s unique health history, goals, and challenges. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, working to prevent disease, addressing perimenopausal or menopausal weight gain, or simply seeking guidance with weight management, my mission is to provide thoughtful care and practical solutions that improve quality of life and support long-term wellness.
